THESE COUNTRIES HAVE BEEN AT THE TOP FOR QUITE SOME TIME,ALONG WITH NORWAY AND SWITZERLAND.
CHILE HAS STEADILY RISEN HIGHER AND HIGHER: IT WAS #25 IN 2009, AND NOW IS #21, ABOVE THE USA (#22), DESPITE ITS BEING NEXT-DOOR TO HIGHLY CORRUPT ARGENTINA (MUCH AS WE ARE NEXT-DOOR TO HIGHLY-CORRUPT MEXICO).

IN 2005, NATIONMASTER'S STATISTICS SHOWED THE USA RANKED #17. IN 2009, IT RANKED #19. TODAY,IT'S #22, UNDER THE UNITED KINGDOM, CHILE AND BELGIUM, AND JUST ABOVE URUGUAY, FRANCE AND ESTONIA.
THAT'S THE WRONG DIRECTION.

The people are hurting. They cannot be fooled forever. The sad fact is that corruption leads to revolution. It can be peaceful, or it can be otherwise. Currently, all over the Internet, discontented Americans are saying tings I thought I'd never read in print.
Here's one example:

Today the people of America set into motion the plans for a new beginning.
For decades we have stood idle by with our eyes and minds closed, while our leaders, the elite, rip this country apart.
Little by little they have taken away everything that our blood sweat and tears have worked hard to achieve.
We have always believed and trusted in the values that our Country was founded on, so for decades we waited with great virtue and patience.
We put our trust and our livelihood in the hands of our leaders with confidence and without worry; we were betrayed and we were used, as a means to a greater power for them, not for us.
Now their intentions are clear.
Now we can see the malicious acts applied against true Americans.
I want to be perfectly clear to every man woman and child:
America has fallen in the hands of tyrants, and they are stripping us of everything we have.
It is time to stand up to these barbarians and take back our Country.
No longer will we allow Tyrants to nibble away at the heart of America.
No longer will we bow down to a system of corporate giants and corrupt Government tyrants, who live the life of kings and look down on us as mere peasants.
This is our country and we will take back what has been taken from us.
Enough is enough and from this day forward, We the People are putting our lives on the line, for ourselves and for our children.
We are aware of the massive wall of resistance we will encounter, which will include a mainstream media smear campaign designed to stop the popular outrage against the Government.
We (AMERICANS) will be labeled as potential terrorists, racists and traitors, but this label will not change our direction.
We will not give in to tyranny.
This mass group of tyrants is powerful, persuasive, and manipulative and will use any means necessary to remain in control.
We will be wise and learn from their past strategy-- and that is the tactics of false flag operations, which would be designed to deceive the public in such a way that it appears we the people are responsible for whatever violent acts they portray.
No matter what oppositions we face we will endure and we will succeed.
Soon we will see this country flourishing as our founding fathers intended.
Soon we will sleep sounder knowing our children will not wake up tomorrow to a life of poverty.
We are not concerned with mending our current Government; rather we are instituting a new Government, one for the people, of the people and by the people.

I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. President Thomas Jefferson somehow knew what was about to happen and he tried to warn us.
We will not be duly criticized for carrying out the actions necessary to restore control back in the hands of the American people.
I speak now to the members of our current Government; the people have spoken and it has been decided; we cannot correct the current Government structure from within the system as it is now; therefore it is an order of the people that the President and all members of Congress resign immediately.
This is not a request but an executive order of the people.
You can smirk now and ignore this order and refer to it as an outlandish request by a group of American idiots or whatever label you give us.
You can manipulate our Armed forces turning them against us by means of media smear tactics, and you can seek out our leaders and have them silenced.
You can do these atrocities as I know you will; however, the day will come and it will be soon, that you will be in no position to disobey our order.
We are the people and our numbers are greater, our will is stronger and our pursuit of happiness is unbending.
We are coming for you and we will not stop until America is restored and back in the hands of the people where it belongs.

I,myself, have been maligned on the Internet, and there is always the chance that this blog post will be attributed to me. However, I am simply the messenger of the bad news.
People have lost their trust in government.
I pray that reform can be made, before it's too late, before great sufferings ensue.
I am deeply ashamed that AMERICA THE BEAUTIFUL should not carry the highest rank as a 'clean country'on the face of the earth.
We know that honesty in government leads to a happy and contented people.
Ranked #22 in a world where corruption is rampant?

How did it happen?
it's an old mantra, but tried and true: we need to support the family, we need to issue our own money, we need our coins made of pure silver again, we need to stop enforcing a PAX AMERICANA on a world that is learning to hate us; we must get rid of secret societies and secrecy in government. As John F.Kennedy said, we must smash the CIA into a thousand pieces and start anew, with intelligence gathering --not execution by drones or with 'license to kill' taking out whomever the President (or others behind the scenes) wishes, as the prime directive. Freedom of speech, freedom of the press-these rights are priceless in a free nation.
But I say too much,in an age where anything you say apparently can be held against you.
